Group Training Easy Strength For Fat Loss

This program is perfect for beginners and anyone ready embrace accountability on their fitness journey. You'll master essential exercises our full-body workouts, complemented by a refreshing walk to start building  healthy habits that last a life time! 

 

With sessions held three times a week for four weeks, starting on the first Tuesday of every month!

Sessions will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for 4 weeks. 

Commit to 12 sessions for the month for £150 per person—an unbeatable value of only £12.50 per session.

Please note

  • The workouts are in an outdoor gym with lighting so you will need to ensure you are dressed warmly for the winter sessions.

  • Must commit to the full 12 sessions in the 4 weeks. If you miss a session there are no roll over sessions into the next month. This is a commitment to a healthy habits and towards your goals. 

  • 3 day cooling off period where a full refund will be given if you decide to change your mind. No refund after the 3 days. This is a commitment.
