A bit late but what I learned in 2025

Hi team

As we pull towards the end of January, I miss the sun a lot.... the days of waking up and going to work in the dark and then coming home in the dark is boring and annoying now.

As I have said before, I'm not much of a New Years Resolutions but I do have things I would like to achieve or do this year.

  1. This year is going to be a year of getting the house sorted as we have been here 7 years now and it's time to change things up. This includes blocking a door and turning it into a full wall, new carpet in the lounge, install a full wall TV unit with cupboards and shelves for extra storage and repaint the down stairs and hallway.

I have 11 months more to complete that! So plenty of time right?

  1. Pay as much of my van loan off - this may include another business venture, maybe... chauffeuring families to airports, or man with a van? or like in friends "Start the new A team"

  1. Get to a certain amount in savings.

As I've said before, I normally write down things during the month under a few headings in a notebook. Just to remind me of the year looking back.

These headings are:-

Monthly wage:

Weight:

Savings:

I seemed to stop writing things down and at the end of the year I was annoyed with myself as I know there have been some great days and some tough days that I have learned from, and now I can't remember them!

Note to self!

Start this again! it doesn't have to be war and peace in what you write its just a little note to remind you that the year was great and how to learn from things!

What's your workout?

Due to my gym being outdoors and it has been so cold and raining, I have been keeping workouts very short but intense.

I have been using Dan Johns "Easy Strength For Fat Loss"

buy a copy of the book here: https://danjohnuniversity.com/bookstore

Just a reminder the Saturday Morning Bootcamp is coming back on the 7th February!!

I am looking to start "Strengh in Numbers" in the spring that will follow the same workout as the Easy Strength for Fat loss if I can get 5 people to join the group and commit to the 12 sessions.

What are you listening to?

Here is the Easy Strength for Fat Loss seminar
