Things to do to get your dream body
Hi Team It's been a while, I have had a busy few weeks, I have spent time in London for work and for pleasure and have jam packed weekends with the kids. First off, a thank you to the bootcamp team who were very patient last week as I had to bring my 2 kids to the bootcamp as my wife was away. My son joined in a lot and helped count down the times for rest periods! so maybe he can take this bootcamp over when I'm 104 years old and decide to retire!
