Can ChatGPT help you lose weight?

Hi Team
How are we all this week? This week has been a lot of training and coaching others in how to get their goals and how to stay on track with building habits to be successful in what they do. It has been a few late nights and man! I do feel tired! Being 40 now I need my sleep.
Who am I kidding? I have always enjoyed an afternoon nap!
But coaching other this week and understanding why people struggle with changes in life, or keeping the goal, the goal.
And if by magic Youtube - big brother must have been listening as I was recommended this video.
This man has used ChatGPT to change his life and lose 56lbs. He told the AI his whole life story, and how he feels about it and asked for help with his health, diet, finances, interviews ... pretty much everything.
ChatGPT created the advice and the plan around what he told it.
He checked in everyday and the AI adapted things for him.
Is the death of human coaching? Maybe, maybe not as the more in depth and human interactions of going through the same thing and sharing experiences is one of the ways people can stay on track.
But I do think this could be a good starting point for those that are starting their fitness journey or don't the confidence yet to ask someone else for help.
Once they gain the confidence then they will approach a coach to go to the next level.
But AI starts with the fundamentals
