It’s time for more fat loss advice!


Eat fruits and Veggies


We will listen to Olympic coaches when they give advice, just like eating protein we will eat fruits and veggies for fat loss.


Look, your grandparents were right. They knew that eating fruit and veggies was good for you!

Fruit and veggies have loads of nutrients, vitamins and minerals that help with the chemical balance in your body so you can thrive.


Think about it, your body is made out of cells that need all sorts of nutrients to get the best out of them! Vitamin A – Z, magnesium, zinc, calcium, folic acid, niacin, iron, manganese,selenium, etc… etc… Now, this chapter could just be a biology section and tell you why you need all these. But we are keeping things as simple as possible.


Your body needs all these along with carbohydrates, fats and protein to make your cells feel that they have been fed and ready to give your body their all. If we can feed our bodies at a cellular level where they feel good then at that microscopic level that will in term make the whole body feel and look good.


This is a “if you feel good on the inside, you will feel good on the outside” kinda thing.

Fruits and veggies have all these vitamins and minerals that will give us the good stuff!

Fruits and Veggies are full of fibre and fibre is KING.


All the research shows that the more fibre you can eat, the healthier you will be and you will live longer! Fibre also helps with your gut health and kinda clear things out in your body where you can rejuvenate from the inside!


So many of us have stomach issues and digestion issues, fibre can help this. If you can help your digestion system you won’t feel so sluggish and will feel lighter!


To ensure that you are getting the most fibre, try and eat the green stuff! Any fruit and veggies that are green and don’t peel your potatoes or apples! The fibre is in the skin! Eat it! You are not a child!

Eat like an adult and you don’t need your apples peeled anymore!


If you get hungry between meals, eat berries and fruits!


“Chris, Fruit has so much sugar it’s bad for you! Why would I eat more sugar?”

Have you ever seen a person ever get fat or get type 2 diabetes from eating too many apples and strawberries?


So shut up and eat more fruit and veg than you currently are, and the magic will happen.
