How to count calories, and a reset.

Hi Team

This week has been a kind of reset week for me, I have had some organising to do at work and get my admin and set plans back in order.

Also I have been more consistent in making sure my workouts are being done. I have gone back to tracking my calories as well.

I have used this for my goal calories every day.

"Goal weight in lbs x 13.5 = daily calorie intake

so 176 x 13.5 = 2376 is my allowance for calories each day.

(I've rounded it to 2400)

with carbs at 50% protein 20% fats 30%"

Im feeling good and tighter around my the stomach.

My workouts are 3 days a week of lifting heavy weight and one day of football for an hour.

I have been logging my food using myfitnesspal and if you want to add me as a friend and see what I'm eating and join the journey towards christmas to keep yourself accountable add me as a friend "Wholehappyhealth" is my username.

Workouts this week

I have been being doing my "Father Fitness Redefined" workouts this week in the last month of workouts, it is 3 days a week of weight lifting for 20 mins.

However on Saturday I had a bit of time to myself and did this workout. It was so good and simple and just covered everything.

8 reps 3 sets

45 seconds rest between sets

Goblet Squats

Chin ups

Clean and Press

Also here is a how to video for:-

Goblet Squats

Cleans

What are you listening to?

I recently finished this audiobook which I loved, especially the first few chapters about being out in the open and away from this hustle and bustle of urban life.

I then started listening to this, because well, Jack Reacher Books are always fun!

And then finally, as you all know I like country music and this EP was recommended as country/pop album. I think she could be the next Taylor Swift.
