Hi Team
How are you all? How has the week been? My week has been really a struggle trying to get it back in the swing of things at work after my week away. Then the day that Im rocking and rolling with it! I have a 4 day weekend! What a shame!
Anyway, I have designed a new workout programme which I have named "Chiselled Armour"
It was an idea that came from the thinking about the muscles that make both males and females look good.
I think we can all agree if someone has nice toned:
Shoulders
Triceps
Back
Ass
They look pretty fit and healthy!
Hey! Those are all muscles on the back of the body!
So if you work on these muscles people will ask:-
"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOU?"
So what do you need to do for your rock star hot muscles to pop?

Shoulders:
Shoulder presses
Lateral Raises
Triceps
Tricep dips
Tricep extensions
Back
Back rows
Chin ups
Ass
Kettlebell Swing
Hip Thrusts
Deadlifts
Squats
Sprint or jump (ever seen a sprinter or volleyball olympian with a flat ass??)

Throw in a plank, a 30 min walk a day and eating healthy meals and in a calorie deficit remember:
Your goal body weight in pounds (lbs) x 13.5 = daily calorie intake.
