Spring is coming! and thank God that it's actually that time of the year that you arrive at work and its light and you leave work and it's still light! What a difference it makes! I'm very excited already! pity it's raining still.... everyday.... still.
The first Saturday Morning Bootcamp was back last Saturday and what a great team! people showed up and nailed it! The Bootcamp has a reputation of being hard work!.... I always say that
"It ain't no legs, bums and tums class!"
If you want to change and challenge yourself and get fit for your favourite hobby or burn fat get ready for a marathon, tough mudder or a challenge you come to the Saturday Morning Bootcamp.
If you want to just feel like you moved your body, you go to another Saturday fitness class. Saturday Morning Bootcamp - 8am - Saturdays - Charlbury Community Centre!
