Hi Team
I used to have social media and on instragram I used to post little advice on stories in the above format.
I like quick and easy.
I like cheat sheets.
Give me what you mean to say in a sentence.
That's why I like pirate maps, The set of instructions in how to get to the treasure.
Get off the ship on south side of the island
Head towards the mountain with the tree that looks like a lollipop
Once at the tree take 8 paces to the right
Then 3 paces to north
Strat digging
The stories I used to post were kinda clean short pirate maps to remind people that being healthy and fit is't too complicated.
Get healthy foods
Drink water
Move your body
We have known this since the ancient Greek times!
But like always as human beings and soceity, we like to over think and over complicate things.
I am a parent of 2 young children and I have to remind them.
Eat your veggies
Lets go for a walk or play
Clean you teeth
Be kind and polite
Hey, That's pretty good advice for us adults too!
anyway, Click and screen shot some of the pictures above, it's pretty good advice and a good reminder to keep you on track.
Another way of writing a pirate map is asking yourself 2 questions.
What is my goal?
What are the 5 steps that I must to consistently to get there?
Write them down, look at them everyday and do them.
What are your workouts?
Just a reminder that I coach a Saturday morning Bootcamp at Charlbury Community Centre 8am. Come and show up and get your workout done while everyone else is asleep!
What are you listening to?
I love this band so much right now, I think my spotify will have a new number one band in my wrapped up 2024 this year, knocking of Bruce Springsteen or Counting Crows who have either been number 1 for the last 8 years or so!
The Red Clay Strays
