Hi team,
As I have got older, I go for simple, life is too short for complicated and clutter. One book that helped me understand this was "The Power of Less" I highly recommend it.

I have the worlds best gym at my house, Except that it's not covering and it's outside and I live in England so working out in winter or summer is always a different story!
I have:-
A pull up bar
4 olympic bars
300kg of weight plates
1 EZ bar
Dumbbells from 2kg up to 30kg
Kettlebells from 16kg to 32kg
Landmine
Split Squat Stand
Dip bars
Bench
2 squat stands
1 x ply box
Battle rope
6 sandbags
Climbing rope
Suspension Trainer
Ab Wheel
The funny thing is I don't use it all, the best workouts I do and when I get best results I only use:
Pull up bar
Weight plates and bars
Dumb bells
Dip bar
Kettlebells
Ab Wheel
That's it.
The simple stuff with less stuff works.
The more options you have the more confusing things can be, that's why when people walk into a gym they are all so confused as they have no idea where to start. There are machines and balls and weights and anything and everything.
That's why social media and the interweb is so confusing and everybody jumps from diet to diet to workout programme to workout programme without focusing on one thing at a time.
The simple stuff.
You can get a pretty good workout with just a kettlebell, pull up bar and an ab wheel.
You can eat a pretty good diet if you have 4 breakfasts, 4 lunch' and 4 dinners in your armoury and just cycle them.
Again, another good read for that kind of thing is simple:
"5 Ingredients" by Jamie Oliver

Simple stuff.
Don't over complicate your workouts, your food, your life.
Show up
Eat well
Be consistent
Do your best
What are your workouts?
Here is a simple workout for you:-

The Saturday Morning Bootcamps are another way to keep your workout simple and just get things done on a Saturday Morning and then enjoy the rest of your weekend.
So come on down and join the team.
The jokes that the coach tells are worth the £8 alone!

What are you listening to?
I am enjoying Riley Greens album a lot this week.
Check out "Reel Problems"
