The 2 days a week 2 move workout

Hi Team


I like to keep things simple nowadays and most my workouts are 20 mins at most.


But thinking about how to get the most out of your workout and hit everything you can with the most efficient way and still see great results, we could do the most minimal workout and still look like a Greek god as long at the intensity is there and using the right weights to stimulate muscle growth.


So here is a workout with 2 exercises to be done 2 days a week. 3 days rest between workouts that's why your weights to be enough to get the muscles and heart rate going.


1 set of each exercise.


Workout 1.


Squat - 8 to 15 reps

Weighted Chin ups - 5 - 8 reps


Workout 2.


Deadlift 5 - 8 reps

Weighted Dips - 5 - 8 reps


Done.
