The bootcamp on Saturdays are really fun and the team that show up each Saturday morning! I have found even coaching them even only doing like 1/8th of the class I have become fitter and lost some body fat over the last couple of months!
So come on down 8am Saturday Mornings and get your workout in while every one else is asleep!
I found myself giving life advice to a 20 year old this week, which made me think that now in that age range where people come to me for advice about their relationship, career, personal issues and all sorts.
Which is strange because I am a flawed human being too, who go to friends and colleagues about my life!
Maybe the grey hairs are giving a wise man vibe to these youngsters!
What is your workout?
I have been playing around with Kettlebells recently and have created some little workouts with kettlebells which I'll film soon and put up here.
I also have written what I think is the "perfect" workout programme, I will be testing it out next month.

I was an alternative/indie rock kinda guy forming my musical taste and got into jazz, country and blues along the way.
