A free Leg Workout

I did this quick little leg workout this morning.


Kettlebell Swings - 10 reps - 2 sets

Deadlift - 5 reps - 2 sets

Front Squat - 5 reps - 2 sets

Goblet Squat - 5 reps - 2 sets


The key to this workout is to use heavy weights and that 5th rep should be a struggle to maximize the muscle growth and kick it's ass into growing.
